• Created the Face to Face name and developed the overall concept.
• Selected the host and established the show's creative direction.
• Found the recording studio and managed the production setup.
• Directed, filmed and edited the first episodes.
• Built the initial production workflow before expanding the team and training new crew members.
Long before video podcasts became mainstream in the Czech Republic, I saw an opportunity.
Instead of adapting existing television formats, I wanted to create a production designed specifically for YouTube.
I developed the concept, assembled the team, selected the host, designed the visual identity and established the production workflow.
The result became one of the country's pioneering long-form video podcast formats.
