Challenge
Develop a concept for bringing documentary-style storytelling from traditional television to YouTube.
My Role
• Established a collaboration with the American company Big Media.
• Created the production concept and overall creative direction for Big Stories.
• Built the complete production workflow from development to final delivery.
• Manage, produce, and continuously improve all aspects of the production process.
• Expansion of the project to include an international English version intended for a global audience.
With Big Stories my goal was to adapt the quality of documentary television into a format built specifically for digital audiences.
From concept development to production systems and visual language, the project was designed for scalability from day one.
As Head of Digital in BIG MEDIA I designed the creative vision, production workflow and technical infrastructure behind the project.
